this game reminds me of dynasty tactics on ps2 . i remember leveling up 2 archer units and killing the enemy from far away and if they got too close i would have a trap set up to do crazy combos . those were the days

Maybe a hot take but I'm honestly hoping for a massively, massively expansive endgame, with dozens of ways to make your characters and equipment stronger. This is the kind of game I want to timesink/grind. Really hoping it's not just a one-and-done playthrough.

as someone who have played demo and currently playing the TW version, the gatcha part of the game is linerar. After you beat lvl I believe 0-8, there is another part of the game that opens up that has multiple endings. for each country you side with. Edit: forgot to add that this part of the game does not use any of the mechanics of the gatch game and is 100% free and is not pay to speed. Unless you run out of keys, but unless you don't make every mile stone, you should be fine on keys. Get about at least 2 keys min a week.

Had to watch the trailer twice cause the first time I had to read everything so missed out on all the animations which is exactly why I prefer EN VA but to each their own. I was so hyped for this game last year but now, meh. If I recall it when it launches and I got nothing to do, I might play it but again, meh. I get it tho, more money to get out of JP and CN than the rest of the world when it comes to Gacha. I just wished that a true FFT successor or even FFT2 came out but that other company will never give us that pleasure.

@@coke.707 Did you try the demo? UI is made with touch in mind, even PC version is like switching toutch with mouse click. Also why not playing on the phone? For example my phone have 6,6 inch screen size so it is bigger then switch lite which is only 5,5 inch and little smaller than OLED which have 7 so only 0,4 smaller.

@@Tombitp I haven't tried the demo. But it wouldn't be the first nor the last videogame designed for a touchscreen that gets a version adapted for consoles. I don't like playing videogames on my phone because of battery life. My preference is to play videogames on my TV and would love to do that with this game that looks great. Why do you care that much about where people prefer to play videogames? Lol

@@coke.707 Development time, its better to develop more content than those absurd demands. My phone got 4500mAh while Switch 4310mAh do that's for mobile play, phone wina. For the playing on the TV you can easily cast from phone onto TV and use bluetooth pad for mobile then you get the phone blugged into charging same as switch while blugged into TV. Man.
