All Character Magic Skills & Awakening Showcase (+ Timestamps) | Fairy Tail Game (PS4 PRO)

This video contains all Character Magic Skills & special Awakenings that you can unlock and use in the game. All the magic spells you see can be unlocked by simply playing through the game and level up. While my characters were max level (99) most skills were unlocked at an earlier stage, not sure which level though unfortunately. Also, by upgrading the character ranks of each character to 10 they receive one last skill - this can either be an upgraded version of a known still or a new skill.
This video is a re-upload of an earlier version which had two issues:
1. Missed one of Lucy's skills that she obtains after a certain post-game S-rank quest (Thx Twinwings PT - / @davidlopes8402 for pointing this out!).
2. The awakening character models didn't show properly because I used an alternative outfit. It only shows if you use the default one for that character (Thx Magsushi Nerd - / @2intheampm for pointing this out!).
As always, I've added timestamps to make your life easy. Go out there and look for your favorite characters and enjoy! :D

I wish they would have let you have at least two moves from each form for her skill set normally (here comes the twist, don’t get mad yet)... and give you the ability to choose which form you’d go into completely when you use her awakening. Like when Natsu, Gajeel, Gray and all the others have the option of choosing when you use awakening, that’s what they should have done with Mira and Erza too... such a shame.

The fact that they can give Sting's character his Alvarez arc updated fusion form, but not give Mira her Alvarez arc Alegria form in this game is just ridiculous and yet, another testament that Mirajane gets nerfed so much and I'm sick of it.

When Lucy was summoning some spirits, they just show the picture of them, then the enemies got attacked... and Wendy's awaken mode looked creepy. It's almost 2021, some of the effect and detail of this game could be better...

Honestly not sure why they didn't include the character models for all spirits. Would've been great to see them appear with their catchphrases and attack. The only ones you see are the ones that were around for some story dialogue or cutscenes. Where Aquarius was just a simple remodel of the "Siren" enemies :p

@@Daryl90 Yup, a strict budget and time constraints. Which is a shame, because like you said it does look nice and from the details they added in the character dialogue and cutscenes you can see that the development team was really doing their best to make it a proper Fairy Tail experience!

Wendy probably has one of the most badass looking moves in this game like that freakin sky blade kamehameha looks so sick especially when you kill the last enemy with it and you have that extra animation that plays which isn’t necessary but makes her more cool... I might be biased though because she is my 3rd favorite character right behind Mira who is second and Natsu who is first

Yeah that attack looks great and the extra tornado just makes it even better. I also like the look of her Dragon Slayer mode the best! The SSJ3 hair goes well with the Sky Blade Kamehameha :D

The first time Lucy used Urano metria with Angel if I took away all his power but later he trained his magic resistance with Capricorn and he was able to do it without losing all his magic but Raven Tail cheated by making Orga use his powers to cancel magic so that Lucy he will exhaust all his magic and will not defeat Flare. Lucy was able to make Urano Metria without Geminis when she beat Jackal, so without cheating, she is able to use it without wasting her magic.

Only thing I don’t like is that we don’t always see Lucy summon. Also, I feel her awakening should be to be able to attack twice in a row since she can open 2/3 doors at once.

Natsu's voice is so freaking annoying during combat. That sudden pitch when he is yelling is absolutely unnecessary especially when you are going to hear it dozens of times.

Honestly the voice pitch was only there when Natsu was being a dumbass or sum, but when he was fighting he did not sound like that, it got on my nerves

I feel u I 100 percent believe fairy tail is 100 times better with the dubbed no offense to the japanese cast they do a good job but imo fairy tail was meant to be in english having said that game is amazing imo could they have done more yes but I'm living literally every second playing this game doesn't bother me one bit it's a little short or a little repetitive all I know I get to play my fav characters from one of my top 3 fav anime what more could I want or an fairy tail fan want first game on a console they did very well hope this isn't the end of fairy tail games on console cause I love this game

I just got to chapter 7, and I JUST learned that there's quite a few characters you cant get until you've basically beaten the game >< Do you suggest skipping quests and just rushing the story mode to get all characters, and THEN coming back to the quests? Or do the quests disappear if you do that? I'd just really hate to do basically all the side content in chapter 7, and then do the story to unlock Jellal, Mira, Laxus and Gildarts…..only for there to then be NOTHING to do with them in the end game :'( I hate that they made them unlockable so late in the game (and no new game + either)

@@Aizen2468 You can't redo requests or parts of the story so I wouldn't advise skipping cutscenes/dialogue unless you don't care too much about it. I've actually got the full story arcs uploaded to my channel if you want to skip and rewatch the stuff later. If you don't do the recruitment board requests you can still do them post-game. Just bear in mind that for certain story progression you need to be a certain guild rank so you'll have to do some side-stuff on the way.

She has the strongest attack damage out of all the s class wizards beating Erza, Laxus and even Gildarts... But I have to agree that she needed more attacks she's my favorite too

The fact that 90% percent of her attacks come from her 3rd level Satan Soul transformation is heavily disappointing considering the fact that it's the form that was used the least in the show. Her 1st level Satan Soul exists in the game but only during a unison raid and nowhere else (at least to my knowledge I bought the game recently) and I think the 2nd level Satan Soul isn't present at all which is a crying shame since that form is actually my favorite. However I'm actually very glad that some attacks involve the use of Seilah who was actually my favorite character from the Tartaros arc.

There is a Bond Talk (IDK how to say it in the English version) that like every character can grade up his Bond with any other character, and may have a non-voiced act talk with him. When Lucy talks with Laxus or Gajeel, she asked them why they won't eat their own Steel/Lighting, and they said to her "You must be stupid to think that way, that's gross!" So maybe the Creators of this game did know about dragon slayers eating their own Element.

If you think about it Lucy’s special awakening could’ve been a star dress for example: Leo star dress could’ve made Lucy kick into regulas Lucy kick Sagittarius star dress could’ve given a star shot working with Sagittarius Cancer star dress could’ve give us something with cancer The list is endless

@angel it should happen with erza armor and mirajane satan soul. Lucy can summon 2 celestial spirit but her mp is low so she can't summon her spirit until end of battle. why this game sucks. japan dev really run out idea.

Wow seeing Wendy use the Magic Circles makes me nostalgia after all not sure when it happened but it felt to me a bit quick how the characters immediately stop using Magic Circles...which was sad cause they look so cool and I wanted to see new ones.

when the new show came out (after the grand magic games fight between natsu-gajeel vs sting-rogue), the show became entirely new and the 3D magic circles are removed. pretty disappointed cause they were so awesome :(

I really hope we get an update with the dlc that lets us use changemode/dragon force with non default autfits and have it still change appearance, i wanna use stings white shadow dragon outfit with his white shadow dragon mode lol, also can we just talk about how they added stings white shadow dragon mode but not Gajeel's dragon force

I love this game. I binge played it from the moment it came out until the very end; grabbing every single trophy. It can use more content for sure but there’s already new DLC that’s coming out by the end of this month I believe. The only downfall (for me) is that you can’t play certain characters until the later chapters and epilogue. This is disappointing for me since I absolutely adore Mirajane. I also really like the stat mechanics in the game. My favorite one is without a doubt; Luck. A Luck + Speed character can move first and inflict easy status ailments on your opponents, giving the rest of your squad an advantage to clean up. I just wanted to share my experience for anyone who’s thinking about getting the game. It’s a lot of fun and a nice break from any frustrating online multiplayer games.

Yeah the content could definitely use some work. We should get more info on the DLC but what's known so far is that 4 new playable characters are added on august 20th and september 3rd. But honestly that doesn't help much content-wise. There should be some story content dropping later this year though, hope we hear more soon!

Hi so I counted the Most damage done per skill of every S Class wizards here and the results are Mirajane 33738 Gildarts 24226 Erza 19305 Laxus 14422 (If you wanna consider Jellal then here's his score: 42036) It's funny how mira has more damage than Laxus, Erza and Gildarts

be aware that also depends of how many enemies they can attack at once, its going to be less damage if you only attack one enemy compared to 4 for example.

Think there's a good chance we can eventually get that as DLC, a different user commented somewhere seeing a character model for Gildarts with his longer hair but I can't find that anywhere lol. Although if they do add it, I really hope they will include every single fight and not skip over some like they did in the base game

In the previous version of this video I missed the Celestial Spirit King attack. You can unlock this after completing the epilogue story arc via a S-rank request that requires Lucy.

Had the same issue before, it turns out that if you use an alternative costume the special forms won't show properly. This is the case for Gray and all dragon slayers, so make sure to wear the default uniform if you want to see it. Which is pretty dumb tbh as alternative outfits are going to be the biggest part of DLC later lol

Urano can hit 9 enemies at once whereas the Celestial King can only hit 3. The bigger the attack, the more MP it costs

The Talisman ingredients are actually the rarity-4 special lacrima for the different characters. You need to start making them at the lowest rarity and continue to upgrade them until they reach higher rarities. You unlock these high rarities by both story progression, certain requests and giving candy to the little dude in Lucy's house. Hope this helps!

Can someone please help me with this. In game Mirajane has a move where she has the books all around her in her Seliah form and she shoots them off. It happens in Magic Chain attacks randomly, but is there no actual attack for it? This is the only time I've noticed a move in magic chain that didn't appear as an actual move

I just found the name of it. Its called Library Heave(?) And then there's another with less books called Book Fling. Are these just leftovers from Seliah? Did they forget to make these Miras moves? Or am I and the uploader missing something?

I vaguely remember Seliah using those skills, but wasn't sure about Mira. Just rewatched one of my other videos and I do see she used Library Heave there. As you said it seems to be the exclusive to the Magic Chain ability as I already had her at character rank 10 when recording this video.

Lucy Kick should have been upgraded to the Regulus Lucy Kick. 3/5 and 20 MP usage. Why? Because the fact that it doesn’t get stronger in any capacity is ultimately a crime, because Lucy’s attack should be upgraded in the Epilogue!!

There's a current issue where the dragon slayer tranformation (& also Gray) doens't show properly when using an alternative outfit. If you have your characters wear their default outfits you will see the right modes properly.

@@wendymarvell6170 Ahh yeah, you should unlock most skills once you reach lvl 99 and then after the rebirth you get some improved versions of existing skills. Leveling might not seem super quick right now, but it becomes really quick and easy once you make use of Link Hunts to fight more enemies at once. And yes! After you beat the story you can continue playing the game. I've got a video on my channel where I talk about the endgame/postgame if you're interested!

Oh yes i do love this game, and yet it could have been just a little better, like NOT MAKING AWAKENING TRANSFORMATIONS LIKE DRAGON FORCE AND SUCH HAPPEN TO DEFAULT COSTUMES ONLY! And so much more, like many others have said before me. But now we have a season pass and lost of costumes out there, but what does the future hold for this game other than that?

The reasons why today’s Anime games don’t have English voices now is because Bandai dropped out the R1 anime distribution industry years ago, which is where they pulled in most of their voices for the video games division. Today they only dub the games that are expected to pull in a large amount of profit like anything from the Tales franchise.
