That would be series 808 cybernetic armor from the cartle market. I later moved onto series 79 aureate cyber armor from the cartel market reputation vendors.

I noticed it too but I think it's more about the tone, and sort of understand why (I think?). It's upbeat and optimistic at the start but gets more arrogant further into the story. I think it might have been done on purpose to reflect the inquisitor's rise to power and change of attitude and status. I miss the old voice though :(
