The guy in the Stars and Stripes that won the long jump had to be into his 70’s!!! Super cool dude, traveled by himself, tuned the car himself, and did good in the racing too! 👍great time and Lauren’s commentary was hilarious! Gotta get her down to windrock, I think she would be crazy in the RS1 down there.

Ok so I am from New England in Fremont MI for a wedding. After the wedding I am driving back to Detroit and from a distance notice a SXS on a UHaul trailer with silver and orange trailing arms. I think could that be Jakes unit? Sure enough it is, what are the chances. I thought about giving him the old thumbs up as I passed him but didn’t,t want to disturb his sleep. Seriously I,m pretty sure his eyes were closed. Driving seemed ok so I drove on by.

What is jakes engagement rpm? i would go way up to like 6500rpm......and send it!!

It’s actually low. 2000 rpm engagement.

@@dirtdudes I get its more work to change back and forth but maybe one special clutch setup for drags and then another for trail / dunes? just change the clutch without messing with weights and springs etc he had plenty of power just needed some punch out of the hole.
