✨ SERVICE (10/10): Staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating. House keeping was also so attentive! I also love that there is 24-hour room service. ✨ ROOM/COMFORT (10/10): Executive Suite was absolutely stunning and so spacious. I honestly which I had stayed longer to be able to use all the space that I had! King bed was very comfortable. ✨ CLEANLINESS (9/10): The room was mostly clean, just some areas were a little dusty. ✨ AMMENITIES (9/10): Definitely impressed by the ammenities included especially the wireless charger, travel adaptor, hair styling tools, coffee machine, boujee amenity kit, bath salts and all the basic inclusions (Wifi, tv, slippers etc.) ✨ FACILITIES (10/10): Pool was obviously magnificent and I loved the Observatory bar located in the hotel so much. Had some really amazing classic and specialty star sign cocktails here! The Langham is well known for its spa packages and afternoon tea but it also has a restaurant, gym and even 24-hour room service that I didn’t get to utilise on my short stay so I can’t comment on these. But, all the more reason to return! ✨ LOCATION/VIEW (8/10): Close to The Rocks but it is a bit of a walk if you’re heading to the main CBD shopping/restaurant area (Town Hall/Wynyard). View of the city was average. ✨ VALUE (8/10): Pricey as expected for a 5-star hotel, but definitely worth the experience! As usual, cheaper to stay during the weekday than on the weekend.
