I have PCOS and conceived naturally and gave birth to my baby girl in Jan 2021. Just to add a little bit more hope to any others out there xxx

I have PCOS and non existent periods. Well I might have had one a year for many years. I suffer badly with the weight side of it and excess hair along with the non existent periods. I was seeing specialists who were gonna help me ovulate with medication. They were gonna try Clomid. 1 July 2019 I decided to start losing weight and within the 1st week I lost 8pounds, by the end of the month I was a stone down and had my period at the end of July. I ovulated and conceived within the space of a MONTH, I conceived on 7 August but didn’t think I’d even fall pregnant straight away/naturally. I didn’t need the help from specialists in the end. My daughter turned 2 in May this year and since having her I had a period every other month. She is truly my miracle baby. Good luck on your pregnancy journey x❤

Thank you for documenting your journey. I was on the mini pill for over 6 year and came off last year. I get monthly period but never thought about not ovulating. Just ordered some tests to double check. Thank you! 🖤

Congratulations ❤ - you honestly done such an amazing job explaining everything. I feel this will really help inform others. I have the other version PCOS and it took me over a year to get pregnant. My little boy is now 9 months. Just to add I also found it very disheartening at the beginning as in school they do make it sound so easy. I like yourself always knew something was quite off, and took ages to get a bleed after stopping the pill. Thank god we do have such amazing doctors to get a diagnosis.

I’ve followed you from the days of syd and ell and am enjoying watching your journey into mother hood I didn’t ovulate for 4 months me and my partner had been trying for 10 months nearly gave up and found out a couple days before his birthday I was pregnant now I’m 16 weeks expecting our baby boy ! I was 21 when I got pregnant with my daughter and it happen straight away and this baby I was 27

You can use TTC Hun don’t feel hesitant to use terms which you would usually use. Yes some people take longer while others take shorter amount of time to conceive but at the end of the day you too WERE trying to convince, so please don’t feel you need to sensor yourself x

Please don't feel apologetic because your journey was easier than others, if anything they should find hope in your situation. Also this journey is important to YOU yes there are other things that are happening to you but this is important to YOU. We are here to hear and rejoice with you on your journey ❤️ you can be empathetic whilst also openly enjoying your journey, enjoy this pregnancy without guilt

Thanks for making this video! I’m currently on this journey & having to wait for an appointment on the nhs. I believe I’ll be starting either clomid or letrozole when I finally get the appointment as I too have low progesterone. Nice to see what the process entails thanks for sharing and congrats

I’ve been waiting on the nhs waiting list for 40 weeks and finally got my appointment, pushing for a diagnosis of pcos as I show a few symptoms and I have endometriosis. Thank for you the information, I’ve been trying 4 years with 2 failed pregnancy so I’m trying to write as many notes as possible of questions to ask and information I need to give the consultant

This is real, if you have been on the pill for too long you will find it harder to fall pregnant. After the doctor back home in SA said that, I went straight off. If your wanting to fall pregnant you need to stay off of the pill for a few years first. Use protection. Only if your planing it soon. Always listen to your doctors!

Male gynaecologists are 1000 times better than women. Women gynos are so rude and show offs. Also, my advice to anyone reading this please don’t rely on NHS for gynos. My mom has been struggling for 7 years and NHS never cared :))
