Blue light glasses are best worn in the evening/nighttime to counteract blue light. Blue light stimulates us making it a negative for falling asleep. Blue light in the day is actually good for keeping us alert 😊 very interesting!!

For those that dont know im sure syd is using a skin blurring filter whilst promoting skincare😵‍💫

Not to sound annoying but my skin is crystal clear, (not all the time but I’m very transparent about that and have showed my problematic skin alot online) check on my IG stories you can’t blur them. I have a setting on that come with the camera it’s the best setting for all types of filming it’s not necessarily called a ‘blurring filter’ but it’s aestheticly pleasing yes. X
