@@acewalker The reason Spidey was able to easily defeat Venom in Part 3 was because Venom wasn't fully synchronized with Eddie and was therefore vulnerable. You can say yes, Riot also died in an explosion, but we have no comparison as to whether Venom could survive. At least he easily survived shots from a bazooka. But you can say that the script is simple and doesn't offer much. The biggest problem for Spidey against Homelander would be his supersonic voice, which Spidey wouldn't have many chances.

I actually agree. Homelander might have most of Superman’s powers but the problem is he never takes any opponent seriously. He’s too lazy to care about a fight and almost always goes to heat vision which spider-man would easily manuever. If Homelanders head can explode, black suit spidey won’t take any prisoners not pulling his punches

All Sups take durability. And Tobey takes strength against everyone. Homelander (the strongest of them) was on par with Maeve (only slightly stronger) who broke her wrist while stopping a truck/bus. And John wasn't sure about lifting an airplane. Tobey is stronger than them all. He also possesses greater combat speed than most members of the Seven. He proved faster than Andrew who fought against Electro. Its his movement speed which lags behind Homelander.

Homelander has of course a greater durability. It has been many times stated that there isn't a weapon able to hurt him, not even nuclear weapons, which is explicitly said in the show. With that been said, with or without the symbiot, I don't think Spiderman can survive a nuclear bomb. Fire and noise hurt the symbiot and a nuclear bomb is pretty much 100 times that.

I'm sorry, I love the Sam Raimi/Tobey Spider-man - I grew up on these movies - but he has absolutely no chance against Homelander. Homelander is fast enough to speed blitz an explosion, while he also took Butcher with him, and there wasn't even a single scrape or even a stain on him. Peter would get so absolutely demolished that the symbiote would try to attach itself to Homelander.

Strength, durability, iq and battle iq goes to Maeve, abilities and hax goes to Starlight. Everyone has more experience than Spiderman since they got their powers when they were kids, while Spiderman got them when he was a teenager. Strength and intelligence goes to Soldier Boy. Durability to Homelander. Queen Mave wins mid/high diff, Solider Boy wins mid diff, Homelander wins low diff

spider-man does not harm a soldier in any way, they shot him in the mouth with a machine gun, he even has invulnerable eyes, and he surpasses in brute force, but a spider can defeat a patriot simply by continuously beating him with blows to the head, he is not as durable as a soldier once he was wounded by a pen in his ear
