This song series got me into vocaloid

About the whole "Michaela being killed by Ney instead of Allen", I'm pretty sure that was just a retcon. Originally, Allen was indeed the killer, giving him a much deeper character, one that killed his love instead of finding his love _almost_ dead in the well she was hidden in. Though I'm pretty sure we already discussed that at some point and you're just leaving it out for simplicity's sake. As a fan of Riliane since day one, five months before I even decided to touch Servant of Evil due to fear of the feelings (spoilers: the fear was very justified), I gotta say that this answer song brings me to tears almost every time. Not because I relate to Allen, but because, even if all of his actions like killing Leonhart etc etc just increased Riliane's ego, he thought he was doing the right thing. He thought he was protecting her. And in a sense, he was. But then the entire rebellion arc happens, and we finally see Riliane grow up. Servant of Evil is what made Regret Message and Blink possible. I couldn't wish for a better end... is what I would say, but a) mothy will never finish Story of Evil b) I COULD DEFINITELY WISH FOR A BETTER ENDING. Also daily reminder that Riliane, as a Sinner, could not be killed by anything but another Vessel of Sin, which means the guillotine wouldn't have killed her. Granted, Prim would somehow find a way like the petty loser that she is, but still.

I started vocaloid with Daughter of Evil and like *so* shocked to see servant of Evil. It's beautiful.

As an Evillious fan and having it as a special interest, I do love Allen across the songs, especially in Master of the Heavenly Yard, one of the last songs in Evillious. Spoilers for the end of Evillious here. So in Master of the Heavenly Yard, Allen, when forced to choose between either saving the world or Riliane, sings these lines: “Just what in the world is evil?” Those are someone’s words All people are greedy Because I myself am the same The world and you; I will obtain both Now I *know* MotHeY wasn’t released when this analysis came out but I think it does bring out a lot to Allen’s character. He’s still loyal to Riliane but he has awareness for others still. He has spent *centuries* searching for her, and has only now reunited with her. For reference for those of you haven’t listened to Evillious as a whole, Allen spends time in a Black Box after his death, reincarnates into Kokutan-douji and tries to find Riliane, now reincarnated as Rin Miroku. However Rin is murdered before Kokutan-douji finds her. He soon returns back to the Heavenly Yard, and thus the events of MotHeY begin. He finds Riliane ultimately but she is possessed by MA and MA is trying to destroy the world. Of course, Allen attempts to stop her, but when Adam & Eve initiate a re_birthday Gammon tells him that if he wants to save the world, he will have to kill Riliane - the host body of MA. Allen refuses to, and manages to get Riliane unpossessed while “killing” MA with help from Nemesis. Anyway you can see how Allen really changes over time. He knows humanity’s faults very well having witnessed them over the centuries but is still willing to do what is right and take a third option to make sure his sister is safe. Allen’s last lines in the song also hint at this, and I shall end with those. “It’s alright because I will protect you unconditionally The world isn’t our enemy anymore Come, let’s join hands Let’s move forward For the new world and for you Here, look at the sky The world is a mirror that reflects the moon It is time for you who is looking our way From beyond there to awaken”

I Found it funny that in the description box it says that he's having an irregular upload and considering that this vid is about Riliane and Allen and the fact that they are both irregular makes it even better.

If we considered that Allen is the that killed Michaela i the song,I'll say that this song is the story that he told oth Kyle and Germaine when they were visiting him in the prison.He told Kyle that he killed Michaela so that he won't go after his sister But honestly though,I technnically dont think that Riliane is the one who killed her either.If I remember this right,it is techically Prim Marlon cause you know,Kyle.Its undenaiable that Riliane causes the green haunting so part of was her own fault as well.

I've read the novel. I think Ney (Neru) killed Michaela, and as far as I remember when Allen arrived where he was supposed to meet Michaela, she was already dead. But the one I know Allen killed is his adoptive Father, he also confessed this to Germaine while he was in prison. And Allen did crimes for his sister, I think he deserved being beheaded as consequences of his actions. Just the story itself is sad

Thank you for explaining the song! I was very confused but now I understand it! I have so much sympathy for Allen ever since I finished this video and the song. I learned how this character was such a hero but committed so many sins and even was told to not be a hero. Bless mothy for teaching me such a wonderful lesson and thank you for telling the lesson's story.

From what I can tell after watching daughter of evil, servant of evil, that one that takes place after servant of evil and daughter of white, I have come to the conclusion that the story ends there, no matter how many songs have been made and novels have been written. Idk, the more I look at the other pieces of story, the more,, tainted the original story, the tragedy of a boy who would do anything for his sister, becomes. It shouldn't be supernatural, or full of different people, all with their own roles, or chocked full of retcons. Ofc anyone is free to state the case for these other stories.

As was alluded to in the video, I think a large part of what makes Ren sympathetic is his unwavering support for Rin's position as queen. He is grief-stricken by Rin's actions, but she is the queen and his sister, and he will fulfill his duty to that office. But I think what really stands out to me as establishing Ren as a character who is good within the context of the story, is his death for Rin. He sacrificed himself to save her despite her being clearly more guilty than him. I think that final act overshadows both his and Rin's previous actions as Rin is metaphorically redeemed through his sacrifice.

Also Allen and Riliane when they were still together before being seperated met the demon of gluttony (Banica Conchita) and this demon wanted the snacks that Allen and Riliane had. Riliane, being stubborn, didnt accept, but Allen, pitying it, shared his snack with the demon. The demon, thanking Allen for his generosity, had told him a secret of the sea (being putting a wish on a paper in a bottle and throwing it at the sea, can might be granted, which plays part in Regret Message). Afterwards, even if the demon was supposedly possess Allen, in Prim's plan, the demon possesses Riliane instead, whichRiliane became chaotically hungry until the sorceress Elluka had removed the demon from Riliane. Also, Riliane's tyrant personanlity is yes, because of her actual personnality, but also she was possessed by the demon of pride (i forgot how)

The story of evil is the thing that got me into Evillious, which is now my absolute favourite thing in the world, it was abt this time last year I found out abt Vocaloid, and now here I am once again, crying over a servant and queen

Why would he think that if he didnt share the blame for killing the green hair women. It makes his death less impactful if nem was the one that killed michela
