Hello Friends, My feedback after a year of usuage, I bought this air coolers last year used only for 3months and then winter season starts so stopped using it, Now when I try to use this, it's not working, motor got stuck and its cost 3k for repair

A drain plug at the bottom in the horizontal panel at the bottom tank. It is visible when tilted.

The drain plug is in the bottom side. Yours is latest model But this same model is being sold since 2017. Last year it seems to be a bit different.. I got one after seeing your review.
