I've just purchased this model... thanks a ton for posting the cleaning process... it's not that difficult... will save money by doing yourself...you didn't show how to clean the honeycomb mesh...

JUST USE SIMPLE PIPE PRESSURE TO CLEAN IT, THE MORE YOU CLEAN THE HONEYCOMB THE MORE IT LOSES IT'S COOLING

Your video helped me a lot, my symphony's (model - hi cool i) water pump motor is jammed inside & by seeing your video I fix that issue. Just one thing I want to ask that the company claim that it has I-pure technology with multistage air purification....is it really in the cooler or it's a marketing gimmick?😂😂😂

Thanks. There was a water lifting problem with pump so I followed your instructions and clean the pump but after the cleaning the pump it doesn't lift the water. What is the problem with this? Problem with pump or electricity? Give me any idea to resolve it?

Pump nahi chal raha hoga, aap pump khol ke hath se use thoda ghuma do vo free ho jaega, ese pump thoda jam ho jate hai

When you check the cooling mesh From the top side of the cooling mesh you will find a gap, when fan sucks air from the mesh the air coming from between the water nozzles and cooling mesh such the water as well, put something like plastic piece at the top so that cooler can't suck air from the top of the mesh

It's a buzzer black round with a hole in center, you will find that part on the main circuit board located on the top of this cooler panel

Hello brother I have issue with this model. I recently brought the model 2 days ago , working fine but one issue. When fan is set to high speed water is spitting through fan . Therefore I cannot use on high speed otherwise a lot of water getting spread around the room, is there a fix for this ? I think water pump is pumping too much water !

Yes, put some tube in the pipe so that it can restrict the flow of the water, the access water overflows from the pads so you have to slow down the water flow
