Hi, seeing your video few days back I ordered this cooler (Symphony Sumo 75 XL) & got it delivered on April 9 from Amazon. Few observation: 1. Pure Plastic Built Body - I felt the quality could be better 2. For the first 3 days it worked really really well, and slowly water started leaking (Water was turning into bubbles and leaking from the sides) 3. Tried to fix the honey comb, but fixing & removal of sides it is a tedious task 4. It didn't cool as expected - I had to put ice water & cubes to it to cool the room 5. It is too loud I returned it today (21-04-2024), Amazon people picked it up just half an hour back.

Sometimes I feel, purchasing any gadget/electronic device is nothing but testing your luck. For some it works like a charm and for some it's a headache experience. I have purchased the same Sumo XL cooler on 2nd April and I am very happy and satisfied with it. No issues till now. And cools the room amazingly well without the need of ice. Noise is manageable (just need to switch it off when I have to attend calls otherwise perfectly fine). Overall, very happy with Sumo XL purchase. Same company - same time period - different results for both of us. :)

Most people don’t understand that EVERY COOLER IS LOUD. There’s a Motor and a Pump in it which will make noise. Watch my comparison video for that. Also, you could opt for calling the Brand team for Free, to correctly install the cooling pads and stop the leakage issue, but instead you opted to return it, which doesn’t mean that the Cooler is Bad. Hence, I still believe that this is the Best Cooler in 2024 to cool the room.

Symphony's service is worst. I have symphony storm model whose circuit board started malfunctioning. My complaint/request to replace the same went to deaf years. customer care has simply cancelled my complaint without any response. They are only interested in selling the coolers and not servicing them.

Delhi NCR is always a dry area so it cools awesome... Every cooler will do it's work in Delhi nicely... No cooler will work in humid areas despite good ventilation....

I think for coolers reviews, you should include the con for cleaning inside the cooler. Because its not like we use when we purchase it should be used for years, so regular cleaning of coolers is must and should. So just show the naked cooler so that people can get an estimation on cleaning

It's very easy to clean it with the help of a high pressure pump to clean the honeycomb pad I have been using for the last 3 yrs forget ac save environment.

I bought this cooler after seeing your video. I can say that it is a good cooler. But I still feel that honeycomb pads are not as efficient in cooling as wood wool. I'm not as happy with this cooler as I wished to be. But overall it has good features and build quality. Rating: 7/10

Totally agree, honeycombs are garbage in terms of cooling. Just bought today this cooler and it's making no difference if I turn the pump on or off. I have kept it in my balcony with well ventilated area, still the performance and cooling of my 10 year old McCoy cooler with wood wool is far too great. This is just an expansive fan. Plastic quality good though. I'll get pad changed with wood wool.

I stay at Nagpur and coolers are extensively used here, because of climatic conditions. In my experience, local coolers , such as Ram Coolers, and others are more effective compared to plastic coolers. You may please test those also.Thanks

Recently bought bajaj neo 90l cooler. Don't expect Coolers to lower down room temperature, it feels cooler only in front of it, that too if you have ice in it. Better option to rent ac for a few months.

I bought the same model after watching your best cooler 2024 video posted a few days back, I must say there is nothing extra ordinary in this cooler, cooling is as normal as any other cooler (I had bajaj earlier) and it takes hours to cool the room that too if the ventilation is proper also ice tray is very small for a 75l cooler. This is how all the coolers work so there is nothing different or extra ordinary. Go for what ever is in your budget, this is nearly 25% costly then other brands, that may be because of such sponsorships. Also looking at the internal design of cooler, I can imagine that cleaning it will be a very tedious task.

Me and my wife decided to buy Symphony Air cooler SUMO XL after watching your video 3 weeks ago (top 5 air coolers) and trust me I can't thank you enough Vineet Sir... Coming to the performance of cooler, its really great and does what we expect it to do - cools the room quickly that too without ice most of the time. If we put ice, blanket is must 😅 to use. No such issues with noise as well. I feel expecting cooler with heavy motor inside to not make noise is like expecting 3 months baby to not cry.. they will cry and motor will generate some sound. But the noise is not disturbing to me atleast. I sleep peacefully during the night. We have faced no issues till now and happy with the services/cooling power of the product.

@@ssk41195 cooler is inside the room. Near to window. I have witnessed that cooling is great only when ventilation is proper. So if I keep the windows closed, cooling takes a lot of time. So I keep it always near to window to get the best efficiency/cooling from this cooler

Manufacturers can build coolers fine. But, when they can't distribute it with good supply chain systems it all fails. Practically no store in big cities like Mumbai and Pune carry these - all say unavailable with no visibility or option to order for later delivery. One store even said, the company said they are faulty and have been recalled! That much for the "Best" air cooler... not referring to your effort Vineet, but it's my rant against the owner of this brand ... ultimately Tata Group

The only issue i have with this cooler is that the winding of the motor has not been officially specified in description whether copper or aluminium and there is no definite answer in reviews with 2 sellers saying it as copper and others calling it as aluminium. A strict no no if the motor winding is aluminium

Assalamu Alaikum WRWB.. shukriya bhai. Leliya, but iski height and tires ka thoda fault hai. Agar kiskika room chota hai toh main recommend karunga ke aap ek base lein sike liye with tyres kyunke yeh bed ke nazdeek rakhenge toh bed 50% thandak ya air wahi absorb karlenge. Aap tak nahi ayenga. Dusri baat, as our brother mentioned, all air coolers make noise. But compared to hindware and kenstar, i found this one has very very loud noise

This cooler has a major cons for Indian context. The ice tray is too small to put ice other than cubes only. In India we freeze ice in small trays, utensils, and boxes apart from the tray. And there is little or no space to put ice chunks in this desert cooler. I went to buy the cooler after watching your video but found Symphony Sumo as well as Bajaj Dura marine having the same problem. I believe you should cover this point while suggesting top 5 coolers from now onwards.

very difficult to clean this cooler bcz only left and right side pannel openable....we can not open back side pannel for hoeycomb pad cleaning....also we can not clean water tank properly due to very low space cleanig from side pannels.

I have seen this cooler. Cannot understand how can you place this at number 1 in list? Crompton was way better than this in every way. For the things you criticise other brand coolers in your best cooler list, you overlooked the same in symphony. No mosquito net, but still ranked 1. Not fair.

Never buy Symphony 75 XL. 1. The biggest negative of this cooler is after filling water, We will keep filling if the water gets low. But after 2 days it smells of water from the air. Not only by air but if you keep your cooler off your entire house will spread with the bad smell of water which you have filled already. 2. The reason for smelling water is their structure of base having many small designs where bad odor material is getting stuck. which is difficult to clean. 3. After every 3 to 4 days you will suffer the smell of water after cleaning or any necessary action. My experience is Highly not recommended Symphony 75 XL Cooler This comment is genuine after buying and used for 1 month. If any one has questions feel free to ask me.
