Thank you, Sir, for this very informative talk. I have been doing IA milrinone continuous infusion and have found to give good results. In two cases , where there was no prominent proximal spasm but associated with Clinical deterioration, I found continuous intra-arterial infusion beneficial with very good outcomes.

My wife is in the hospital for a brain aneurysm they have a tube coming out of her head to brain fluid out but when they clamp she gets brain spasms so they are telling her that she may need the tube permanently really would like a second opinion when blood pressure is high she does good but they try to get it normal and she starts to feel sick
