The lightning wyvern's breath attack hits 31 times, meaning that if it does 1060 dmg per tick, a whole breath deals 32860 dmg

The lightning wyvern's breath hits for roughly 1/3 of the melee damage, and up to around 30 or 31 ticks. Saw a discussion on it the other day because I was also curious. It said 31% melee damage, 31 ticks of damage, and total of 961% of your melee for the full breath.

Hmm thats weird... It said HD was done but I can only select 360p? Hopefully that clears up soon, nothing I can do to fix it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It would be really cool if there was a mod that could change the color of the breath attack. Could you imagine a blast of yellow lightning coming from that wyvern? It would be so cool!

For those who don't know, ark is a buggy game so when you place a Dino on a ceiling and then destroy all the support for the ceiling most Dino's will either float or fall down 1-2 walls and float (how the floating mammoth happened) this is really useful for breeding without mods for one you don't have to run between the Dino's legs to collect eggs and you can like have a lot of females when breeding, like having 190 females to one male for rexes by floating rows of the females on-top of each other.

Region 3 on lightning wyverns isnt visible, so instead of making it a non color WC just makes it red. I remember one fear evolved i was on SE and decided to get the artifacts, night fell and the dodowyvern spawned in one of the caves... like what the actual game?! If anything should do the Rag arena it should be deinotheriums, massive elephant army! I think the name "Singularity" would be dope for this wyvern, since black holes are super powerful.

Syntac, they fixed a lot of the dermises recently. It might work. I've not managed to find the DodoRex or the DodoWyvern yet, but I'm definitely going to try and get a dermis when I find them.

A good name could be something related to thunder like, Thor, Zeus, Bolt, Lightning McQueen, Mellan ( Irish for little lightning), Rayo (Spanish for lightning), Relampago (Spanish for Thunder), Spark, Chispa (Spanish for Spark), Rai (Japanese for lightning), etc.

If it hit 30 times it would cause 18,540 damage and 24,720 if it hit 40 times. What a beast! And thats without the mate boost and unleveled!

To answer your question about if mixed Wyverns can hurt another tamed Wyvern on PvE, they usually can not but the lighting Wyvern kills EVERYTHING that isn´t a lightning Wyvern. Otherwise bites does nothing and all the other Wyverns breath attacks does nothing except for poison Wyverns breath that can oneshot you off the back of one.

I remember kids in my class in kindergarten would chant black and yellow and combining these little cubes and upon seeing these I chanted black and yellow in my head. And cool video as normal

I'm sure someone else has already commented, but one PVE wyverns CAN hurt each other. I often use wyverns to kill things I don't want anymore since only their breath and like the shot from a bassilks can hurt your own creatures.

I’m on vacation right now with my family but when I get back in two days I’m gonna be in my room until I have defeated both the dodo wyvern and dodorex cause every time this event has comes I always have made a new character or my old one have been deleted. but finally I have two good characters! One where I have defeated every boss from the Island to extinction on alpha and a other character where I’m really soon ready to do The Alpha boss on gen 1 and yeah I’m on single player and have normal settings on everything except everything that has something to do with breeding and hatching. But yeah when I get back I’m gonna defeat does dodos like they are… dodos and then claim there minions for the first time! And the embracing thing is that I have played Ark for 6 years and everytime there’s a event I have to go on vacation! Noice wyvern btw have one like that but a fire and it’s pink😁

Hi ark players, I have a few tropical wvrns lvl 450 crazy colours and 1.500 mele damage. Thats what you can call monsters.and in official servers the max lvl is 450.

Got curious when you mentioned the amount of ticks in a lightning wyvern breath, and it happens to be 31, which makes your wyvern's base breath attack at base stats + imprint (if it hits completely, ofc) to round up to 19158 damage in total; so yeah, that is a boss killer imo

Btw when your breeding your base wyvern look for low level wyverns your looking for 1 stat in oxygen and only a few in food these stats arnt really nessesary for combat but they fill the stat total this let's your wyverns be even stronger at max level than they would be otherwise without having to worry about them being despawned during an update

use a armor stand/ training dummt, up its damage timer so you can see how much the breath does per breath

I'm pretty sure you have to manually enable ai special attacks for each wyvern for it to work, copying settings doesn't copy that, also right shift toggles hover on tek suit :P

Of corse, as soon as I start breeding wyverns to make some strong good looking ones, syntac drops a Video making hulk strength wyverns, way beyond what I was going to do. Once again cementing his ark king tittle 🤣

Most the time when the bosses disappear they're actually there and you can get a dermis it's just a visual glitch. Always happens when I do titans and the island bosses.
