The early 2010s Oklahoma City Thunder had some of the best teams of the era. The Thunder pulled off the unbelievable feat of drafting MVPs in three consecutive drafts with their selections of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden. These three young superstars led OKC from the NBA's cellar all the way to the NBA Finals in only a few seasons. After falling short to Miami in the 2012 Finals, the Thunder made the catastrophic mistake of trading away James Harden. They recovered from this mistake and in 2016 took a 3-1 lead on the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. Despite this lead, the Thunder blew their chance to return to the NBA Finals with three consecutive losses. Today we look back on the 2012... AND 2016 Oklahoma City Thunder.
