Join us in this captivating video as we take you on a journey through the remarkable progress of our Syntropic Agroforestry Cacao Research Plot.
Since its implementation on June 24th, 2021, this agroforestry model has fostered a harmonious relationship between different plant species, leading to a diverse and thriving community of flora and fauna that has completely transformed the landscape.
Our goal is to inspire others to adopt this regenerative approach to agriculture, helping mitigate climate change and restore biodiversity.

It's interesting to see this being both agriculturally productive and environmentally friendly. I would like to see what this is like at scale. I would imagine that production would be on par with monoculture, but with better consequences.

Thank you for your interest in our project! Some of the plants we've included in this system are pineapples, bananas, mangoes, cassava, turmeric, eucalyptus, and, of course, cacao, among many others that were carefully selected to contribute to productive and diverse ecosystem.

Eucalyptus trees, beyond their timber value, aid in soil improvement and microclimate regulation, supporting biodiversity and erosion control within a syntropic system. Through their deep roots, nutrient-rich leaf litter, and windbreak capabilities, they enhance ecosystem resilience and contribute to sustainable land management practices.
