Syrians did not fight against christians in Lebanon, quite the opposite, they came to Lebanon to protect christians.

Yes! 💯 They helped us so much that they occupied for thirty years and destroyed opposition mercilessly with car bombs and bullets and allowed an armed Iranian-Syrian puppet militia (Hizballah) to mess with us until this day

مطنوخ/Alshamal B_52 It was there before Israel came and it was there long after Israel left, Syria was there because it believed Lebanon was merely an unofficial part of Syria, it ended only in 2006 when the Lebanese made it extremely clear that they're not welcome
