I wouldn't be so certain about that, take a look at turillis for example, or maybe timo. they're more complete guitarrists than syu

@@gabriel-jj2ej Turilli and Timo are sloppy live, but Turilli, especially these days, his guitar solos are not that great, but he is an excellent composer. Syu has ridiculous technical proficiency and outstanding knowledge of music theory (evidence of that in most of his solos that borrow heavily from the likes of Tchaikovsky, Bach, Mozart, etc, almost as if he channels them).
