Well what I can tell you at least from my experience, happiness can come in enjoying the little moments, listening to good music, looking up towards the sky, thinking about how beautiful this earth (relatively) is, taking it all in. I don’t know but just take it day by day. I’ve experienced really low days and I’ve turned some of them around around even though this might seem impossible when you’re in it, but by.. well... pointing out the little things that are beautiful.
