In this video, I'm doing a full snatch video analysis of Szymon Kolecki from Poland. Prior to this competition, his best lift in training was 192.5 kg with straps at 96kg bodyweight, a very impressive weight especially when we know that Kolecki was much more technical in the Clean and Jerk.
