*cake flour 1&half cup
sugar 3/4 cup
large egg 2
vanilla essence 1tsp
baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/4 teaspoon
butter 113gm..(1/2cup)
milk 1/2 cup
making cakeflour at home u will need
All purpose flour
Cornflour
measure and add 1 cup all purpose flour(maida) to a mixing bowl..remove 1 tbs flour and add 1tbs cornflour into the bowl..tThe mixture will need to get mixed throughly if u want a light &fluffy cake...
