Reminds me of our bucket growing up. Ran a similar et and mph as this the one run Dad got in. Drum brakes and that suspension flex. Fun cars. We had a George Montgomery built 301 built from a 283. 12:1 comp, powerpack heads and 2 carter afb carbs. High gears though and th350. Originally it had power glide but it didn’t want to shift so it was replaced with he 350. Dad and grandpa agreed it was faster with the glide. Rule of thumb is under 2800lbs is faster 2spd. Man that thing was fun 8000 rpm and sounded hot. Didn’t overheat. Carry the wheels into 2nd and lay back down. Embarrassed cars. Only competition was drag bikes. Back when I road in it Kawasaki ninjas had just come out but were a joke. Ran 3 or 4 of them who were riding together through a s curve and it carried the inside wheel every turn at wot. Every time you get in it and into 2nd for a sec you are doing 120. A couple sec later 140. Saw those numbers happen often and so fast unreal. You couldn’t see a car in sight and next you are shutting down coming up on a car. Anyway badass bucket. Most worthy one I’ve seen online

Had a BBC dual quad tunnel on my 23 T. Scary fast. Never timed it but would say it was in the 10's as well. I had functional wheel bars and the wheels would come up hitting second gear.

lame if my t don't smoke the tires and ride a full on wheelstand without bars I am gonna scrap it . That is driver skill and a Badass machine incorporated that is what I am wanting to see.
