This ID is good. The damage freeze works on all damage, including status effects and stuff like glimpse of flames, as far as I can tell. You can get some real silly numbers with this gremlin.
Other than the obvious pierce damage packs, the time killing time regular encounters were a massive RNG fest to get through. If the grunts got more than 1 pierce skill, Don would pretty much die instantly.
I'm not sure how to feel about the heal/un-stagger thing this identity has. It definitely came in handy like once or twice this run (during regular encounters, as far as I can remember), but 10-20% is kind of a small range to get into.

From what I can tell, she seems really strong. However what does her in is the lack of count application.

It only really feels bad when she's solo. In a tremor team, she can potentially be the best potency applier too, with her defense skill (up to 18 per turn).

I find her to be a mix of a tremor unit and a intercepting tank more or less tanking damage for everyone else

shes honestly really good on her own altho lacks count application, the new rodion gives a lot of count to compensate that, id honestly even say t corp rodion is better than rosepanner due to how much more tremor t rodion can put out than rose rodion, theyre also both a great clashers ans even more broken on borrowed time, theyre honestly a must have for a tremor team.

She steals tremor potency, not count. Skill 3 conditional for the debuff is 10 tremor potency on enemy, defense skill only makes her not take away the 10. You still need it to be there.

@@exsparlock8859 It's worth noting that T Corp Rodion actually functions as you described. She just needs to be in borrowed time to apply time moratorium. I'm not sure why she has a more relaxed criteria, but it is what it is.
