It sure looks like a time traveler's got a restaurant serving ancient food and goes back in time to serve these meals to her patrons. Aaand this vegan's pushing her buttons so she tricks him into eating meat, which he turns out to enjoy. This time traveler has no moral compass whatsoever XD

Unlike the sweet, delicious chocolate we have now, the chocolate that the Mexica consumed was cold and pulpy with a bitter taste, sometimes combined with water or peppers. Now, Tenochtitlan couldn't cultivate the cacao bean, so they imported and traded with the Maya; cacao beans were so valuable they were sometimes used as currency. When the Spanish arrived in Tenochtitlan, they were fascinated with chocolate, so they introduced it to Spain where it was combined with milk and sugar, making it the delicious chocolate we know today.
