Love your videos always a joy to watch, and as someone whose lost 100lbs and gained a bit back and currently going back on a diet. You shouldn't feel bad for having a cheat day or two if that's what is gonna help you mentally. Dieting is hard enough without other life stressors, and 15lbs is really solid progress that you shouldn't scoff at :)
