台灣是座四面環海的美麗島嶼，海底映像這次要以台灣為主軸，拍攝一系列海洋生態的影片，希望透過這系列的影片，讓大家更認識台灣各地海域的生態狀況，進而了解且台灣多元豐富珍貴的海洋生態系統。
台灣海洋記錄第三部作品：『基隆嶼』
我們四處尋覓可眺望的高台，並用縮時攝影來呈現，在這些美麗的畫面中，爲您忠實記錄了基隆和基隆嶼人文與自然的美景。
『基隆嶼』小簡介
1.位於台灣本島東北方外海，古稱雞籠嶼、雞籠杙。
2.基隆嶼是一座火山島。外觀如鯨魚。島的四周皆為峭壁、幾乎沒有平地。
3.距離和平島只有3.3公里、距離基隆港口約有4公里。
4.2001年才正式開放登島觀光，目前可由碧砂漁港與基隆火車站前小艇碼頭登 船前往。

For the series three, we looked over for high spots to gaze and to make this video by time-lapse photography to introduce you the beautiful scenery and nice people here in Keelung.
[Introduction of Keelung Island] Keelung Island is a volcano island shaped like a whale, located at northeast of Taiwan. The ancient name of Keelung, which pronounces the same as now, means rooster cage. There is barely flat land in the island but only cliffs. Keelung Island is about 4 km far from Keelung Harbor, and it was not open to tourists until 2001. You can currently take the tourist yacht in the Bisha harbor or in front of the Keelung train station.
