You’re probably all watched-out with videos of the BKKS Koi show but here’s my contribution 😊
On Day 2 I focused on the Show Koi and there were some absolute beauties on Display that I can only aspire to growing, so take a look and see what other koi keepers have in their ponds.

Some absolutely stunning koi on show. I especially like that unique matsakawabake. All of the winners must be very proud, especially Vince. 🏆👍🏻👍🏻

Indeed, there were some beautiful koi on display, I only wish there was a way of capturing the size and volume of the fish on display as some were epic😊👍

Mature KOI are at risk of spawning and young KOI are inhibited in their most important early stages of growth. As long as there is no recognition that people's interaction is prioritised and the KOI is exposed to sacrifice we will never share our values.

@@TelfordKoiPond Yes, those events that are easily renamed SHOW only mimic the superficiality of our HINPYOUKAI, but have a completely different purpose and philosophy!
