50:50 Of you know someone’s wife doesn’t want you alone with her husband and you keep going to her house alone when she’s not there, you deserve what you get. I assure you her car would not have been my target. Especially when the 1st time they meet you, you’re being chased down the street by another wife. I’m a married woman and I have male friends I’ve known since childhood. I don’t go to their houses alone and they don’t come to mine. It’s inappropriate and I respect and love my husband. She for sure trashed her car but she had it coming. You also can’t use street justice w/out consequences so JJ’s ruling was 100% correct. It would be worth every penny. My husband has been hit on, he’s been offered sexual favors for a ride while he’s working (he was repairing ATMs) and he purposely does something w/his hand so they can see that he’s a married man and he says they normally hit on him even worse once they see he’s married. It’s almost like they either see it as a conquest to try and flip a married man or they see a man who is a family man and not afraid of commitment and they want that. Either way, they’re lucky I’m not there. My husband has actually said “you better be careful my wife is like the FBI. She might pop out of a garbage can nearby and take you out. (and he’s not playing) Stay away from married men. I have never and would never get w/a married man cause guess what? You think they will just stop their cheating ways w/u? Stupid! As soon as they have you, they’ll be bored and cheat on you as well.

The woman who lost her ring had a lot of nerve demanding "her" ring". So glad JJ rules on the side of the defendants.

1:21:32 This woman is a psychopath. I totally understand why the plaintiff didn’t call cops while she was still there. She probably thought “well since I’m here nothing bad will happen to the child while she’s falling down drunk” but once she was left alone w/the child and being drunk everyday, that’s when everyone was worried for the child. It’s clear everyone in her family thinks she’s a drunk, she shouldn’t be alone to care for a child. Alcohol makes people do awful things. I was abused by an alcoholic mother and her husband and it was awful what I went through. If that woman is that big of a mouthy psycho in court, imagine what she’s like behind closed doors.

44:53 She should not be allowed to watch 7 children w/no help all under the age of 3, mostly babies. How does the state not step in. If I found out my baby had been playing w/a paper shredder while no one was watching him/her. They say a finger doesn’t fit in the shredder? Babies have much tinier fingers than they do. You do not leave babies alone in a room for even a second to go cook lunch . That’s why they invented baby swings and bouncers and high chairs. It’s ridiculous they thought they could sue her for her baby breaking their shredder and disc. When you are responsible for children, you are responsible for every single thing they do cause you should have eyes on them at all times. It takes a baby 1/4 of a second to find something and choke on it or cut their fingers off in a paper shredder. I hope she sends this tape to the state and they pull her license.

With the guys drinking and fighting, i kinda believe the plantiff, i used to be an alcoholic and when shit gets real you do become very alert and feels like youve sobered up. So i kinda believe him when he said he doesnt remeber anything but he remembers that kick.

She had far too many children in her daycare. And the dendant played the "I'm a single mother" card. I hate that!

1:01:17 It’s not forgery if you know about and allow or tell someone to sign your name to a check like a wife or fiancée. If she had forged checks, he would’ve had her arrested and split up at that point. Instead he didn’t have a problem until she dumped him, so he tried to get her arrested. He should have to pay her for making false accusations because probation has no choice but to violate you when something like that happens. I was falsely accused of trespass when my son’s father and I got on a fight and when the cops came we both decided to split for the night and let cooler heads prevail. 3 days later he went down to the police station and had me charged with/trespass. We got back together like 2 days after that but he failed to mention they were putting out a warrant for me. He even went w/me to the probation officer and told them I wasn’t trespassing that day but since I was charged, they had no choice but to violate me. My P.O. advocated for me and they just sent me back to him, but it’s not okay to do that cause you’re mad or your heart is broken. He should have to pay cause that causes someone who has been in trouble and trying to do better a lot of trouble and a huuuge setback.

That ring case involving Tapia cracks me up because that hot blonde girl is countersuing for embarrassment and it's funny that thats all she's worried about is being embarrassed... She seems like the kind of shallow girl to only think about that 🙄😂

1:59:07 I think JJ should’ve given her the exact amount her appliance were worth. I’d give her $1 for her 800 year old appliances. That wife deserves everything since the reason that he’s gone is cause he beat the hell out of her and broke her arm. This woman is awful and JJ should’ve given the defendant punitive damages for calling all these people to try and get her thrown out of her place and her utilities shit off. What a wonderful grandmother. People have to pay to get rid of 10 year old appliances, no one is paying for them. She says “when I get my kids back” “I have the chance to get my kids back” lady you’re trash and the whole “physically disabled” and that’s why she doesn’t have her kids is bullshit. I have had 4 spine surgeries, hip surgery, and heart surgery and I have and care for my 3 children including 1 who’s a baby w/disabilities. She looks ok to me. I wouldn’t even be able to stand there as long as she did and I can care for my kids, so her story stinks. I’m gonna bet she was an unfit mother and her son is following close behind.

2:33:27 JJ bases a lot of cases on police reports. Police often make mistakes while writing reports. They hear both sides before writing the report and they sometimes jumble the information when they write the report. I would just realize that police are human and def make mistakes. I think the plaintiff is a liar and I would have dismissed the case w/out prejudice and told them to take it back cause she lied about driving her child around in the car w/out a license and she lied about being in a relationship w/the defendant. I would’ve said that due to the doctrine of clean hands and the plaintiff had dirty ass hands, I wouldn’t have given her shit. If I were her, I’d take out a title loan on that car real quick lolz

39:16 She paid $3000 for a crappy, gaudy ring w/accent diamonds. Swartzkopf crystals cost more than those shitty diamonds. That ring is not unique. JJ is right she got taken by the jeweler. It’s not a unique, expensive ring. I’d feel like a loser buying myself a diamond ring lolz.

Child protection should remove the child from the wgore

Child protection is trash. They bother good parents that get cps called as a retaliation or cause someone is mad or doesn’t like them and they leave kids in awful situations. I called cps on 2 different heroin addicts. 1 I had a video of nodding out in the car w/her son beating on her arm begging for a snack from his car seat while she was passed out w/the snack in her hand screaming “I don’t know where your fuckin snack is”. The other was leaving her kids alone in the middle of the night to go sleep w/guys for dope $ and selling all their food stamps. The house was so filthy adult protection services took the elderly man she was squatting off of that couldn’t rid of her out but cps left the kids there and just told her “make sure you clean up and go to the grocery store”. Then she retaliated and called cps and told them my husband was molesting my kids while I watched but she didn’t even know my kids names, genders, or ages. My husband was just the property manager of the apartment she was squatting in. I asked cps how they could file any kind of report told the person calling doesn’t even know of the kids are girls or boys. Clearly did they don’t know that, how would they ever know intimate details. Yes it was immediately dropped but even then it stays w/u for 10 years or until the children are over 18 years of age. It’s such a shit show that cps should start being charged in the death of these children cause they drop the ball far too often. Watch the Garbriel Hernandez documentary on Netflix. That’s how well cps protects kids.
