Doesn't it seem even stranger that the NFL comes with this waiver saying that if he isn't hired by any team he nor Eric Reid can sue them for collusion even though they may have settled out of court? It doesn't seem even stranger that the NFL basically told cap none of his people can record his workout and all that footage belongs to them (NFL) ? This is basically the carrot and the string. The NFL knows Kap wants to play (reward) but the NFL keeps playing keep away with these silly rules that he has to follow.

The NFL knew this was untenable. Why mess with the waiver at all if you are acting legit? Max is dead on, and Stephen A knows it. I doubt Colin Kaepernick needed YOU to speak for him and his "camp" when he has lawyers and that's who is dealing with waivers, not Stephen A. Am I the only one who agrees with Stephen A.? Kaepernick has a huge platform and he remains silent. It's just one big PR stunt after another. And the whole "shut up and play" thing.
