I literally just typed her whole recipe. Ground beef corn pie: Things to buy: 3LBS Ground beef 2 bags of frozen corn 1 Large onion(purple) (chop it up) 1 Large Bell pepper (chop it up) 1 Large Can of tomatoes 2 packs of Martha white buttermilk cornbread packets 1st step: Cook the ground beef til it’s brown 2nd step: put chili powder 3rd step: garlic powder 4th step: oregano 5th step: then add the chopped onions and bell peppers 6th : move around to cook 7th: drain the beef 8th: put the ground beef back in skillet 9th: Now add the frozen corn with the ground beef 10th: Now add the can of tomato sauce 11th:(optional) add a lil slap ya momma seasoning but should have a taste from ground beef. 12th: let it cook on stove 13th: cook corn bread: Put 2 packets of cornbread mix in a big bowl( Martha white buttermilk brand-optional) Put a whole stick of butter 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of milk Then mix it well 14th step: Get a big Casserole bowl 15th step: pot the skillet of ground beef in the casserole bowl 16th step: Add Cajun seasoning (optional) 17th step: now move the ground beef around in the casserole bowl 18th step: make sure the ground beef is flattened down to put corn bread as the topping. 19th step: Now after mixing the corn bread mix , pour it on top of ground beef 20th step: Now put the casserole bowl into the oven to bake until it’s completely brown and done. Seasonings: Slap ya mama Chilli powder Garlic powder Oregano Cajun seasoning Complete enjoy your meal !!!
