I’ve been having personal opinion that we should make a documentary movie of a Megalosaurus to celebrate the first-discovered dinosaur because T-Rex was the not the first and most of us wouldn’t need to learn anything new about the T-Rex

@@PestilentAllosaurus Nowadays, Lions are hunters than from time to time scavenger preys of other animals, and hyenas from time to time, hunt. I don't see it as crazy that the Tyrannosaurus Rex hunted or scavenged depending on the opportunity, surely, they did both. People need to start stop thinking, than were mindless bloodthirsty monsters and start to think as the things they were, animals.

@davepegington9066
@davepegington9066 22 күн бұрын
Realistic? You know they have no clue what it sounds like right? What you mean is you want it to sound like how you imagine it sounds. The only dinosaur they know the sound is the para cause of the nasal extension thing is preserved. I'm more interested in dinosaurs having feathers because fossil imprints show feathers. I want the correct dinosaurs to feature more. And if trex is found to have little wings that would be cool. Because really I can't see the point in it's pointless little arms unless they had wings like a chicken and he might have flapped them for display. But only if evidence backs it up. Not like make it sound like a canary or whatever because that's how I think it would sound like

@@davepegington9066 It is based on evidence. They lacked complex vocal cords and the shape of the bones in their ears suggests they were very sensitive to low frequency sounds like alligators and cassowaries, which both make extremely low pitch grunts and bellows. Its impossible to tell what sounds they made, but they same is true of parasaurolophus since there is no way to tell how much air was forced through the nasal passage when calling and how short or long calls were

The animation doesn't look that great and too stiff IMO. I hope the movie (if this isn't one of those fake trailers) is better.

Models dont look good, whilst i do love my accurate portrayals but ig entertainment is more important. They kind of remind me of dinosaur revolution or something, especially that raptor thing with its lips not connecting (gives me uncanny valley vibes)

The “raptor things” you see are Guanglong which was a cousin of T.rex which lived in the Jurassic period That’s why it’s lips aren’t connecting

I’ve always wondered why T-Rex had such small top arms! You think they’d have something much more suitable.
@Beckford4000
@Beckford4000 19 күн бұрын
theories abound, from being able to hold dead prey still when ripping chunks of flesh off, to them being residual wings. Dinosaurs were constantly evolving, doesn't mean the T-Rex was the finished form. Had they been able to evolve longer, the arms may have grown or disappeared depending on how useful they were.

Well, giga didnt realy use it, why would basicaly its somewhat more advanced version still keep them? Biting is most effective so why invest basicaly genetic power to arms anyway?

@sharonlefebure3892 Rexes arms were small but could hold 600 pounds! If he’s trying to grip let’s say an edmonto, those arms could come in handy to hold pressure down on it.

funny how i learned alot about dinos from playing ark, and is REX really the king.. over spino or giggas?
@christianresel8051
@christianresel8051 19 күн бұрын
Spino is larger, sadly the only FULL skeleton was bombed by american and british bombers as it was in munich(germany) during ww2. And we all know what happened there. Giga being larger was only found out like a week or so prior to JP first run in cinema, and even then we needed proof. Dino Crisis jumped on that thing INSTANTLY with DC's 2 final boss being a , through radioactive fallout larger, giganotosaurus. And it PLAY'S with the Rex HARD. Not to mention we only recently found out that both had some time together, althou not on the same continent.

@Christianresel spino estimates (8.2 tons) biggest T. rex (11.5 tons) Spino is not the biggest and in fact it falls behind a few places

Also giga is also larger than spino but Rex is the biggest mega theropod, spino won’t do garbage to Rex in a fight.
