The effect of sugar from fruits is different from refined sugar because there are fibers in fruits and slow down the sugar digestion. Therefore eating fruits won't raise the blood sugar as well as the blood sugar. I eat lots of different kinds of berries and nuts for breakfast and my blood pressure is 120/75.

how about eating banana for breakfast? will that raise blood sugar level?

This is misleading. Barrels have lower glycemic index in the fruit category. So eating bananas is ok, but that is not true for other fruits.
