I respect the man but this is a wrong teaching , we’re not suppose to synchronize with body and soul . It’s supposed to be spirit and soul. What about the spirit? All the answer you might get with this will not be from the holly spirit. But you will get it. Modernization will only open up space for the evil spirit to enter. Our parents were right !
