I'm taking that _"fire has no shadow"_ bit with soooo much salt rn. Not a grain of salt, more like a cup full of it. I could've sworn that I've seen the flame from our lit candles plenty of times when we had power outages over the years. I know it, because I remember seeing the shadows on the walls as the flames danced around. Quite symbolic and beautiful actually.
