Honestly the sprinting has been game changing. I used to gush over the sliding but the sprinting and climbing has made the game so much fun. Favorite part of the new season so far

I have been really enjoying the game with no building. I think the addition of all the mobility we've been given has more than made up for the loss of building. Fights feel more tense and equal instead of people building on each other, struggling to get a hit in. I really like the new overshield mechanic too, it allows players to peek and look around corners without the fear that all their health will evaporate in seconds. I hope that they turn this no building thing into a side game mode because I've been really enjoying the game in this way.

this season is really good, and very balanced. this season gives me chapter 1 vibes because at those times no one used to build that much now building doesnt even exist this feels really good.

This season also increased the spawn rates of rare/mythic chests. I generally manage to find 3-4 in one season tops, but i have already found 5 in this season

honestly, this may be a (slightly) unpopular opinion, but i like the no builds! it's only for a little while, and it adds a new, fun twist to the gameplay, and they're using it in the story really well. however it can be annoying having to go around a mountain instead of over it, or get caught by surprise in a fight without protection. also, i was never good at building/editing anyway lol

I remember back in the beginning of Chapter 3 Season 1, someone told me about the Klombo hidden in the cover art. Since then, I have been analyzing the cover art of that season and this season. My point is that I actually saw the Hamster in this season's cover art. 😎

I’m hoping that even when building comes back we still get the tactical sprint and climbing. I feel like people will start using the new mobility more and not always be building like sweats. It also helps for some people who can’t build well so they can get to some higher ground a bit quicker before building

Honestly I really hope that people vote and get the vehicle turrets (turrets on top of vehicles) because that was something that people had been predicting and saying would come out last chapter and I was so excited because I was so happy that we would be able to customize vehicles with weapons instead of off-road tires and cow catchers so I really hope that more of the community wants turrets that are on vehicles instead of anti-vehicle turrets

I'm really enjoying the season so far. The different vehicles and mods for them really add a nice variation and the more vehicles the better. And for something called the reality war there cannot be too many vehicles I'm also really excited to see how the map will change over the next few weeks. Which POIs might be conquered by the seven or by the IO. Maybe some of the blips even move to Chonker's speedway or lumberyard

It’s really hard to get cover in the last zone sometimes . I thought if building was gone then aiming and shooting is the only way to win but not have to a lot of cover

This is, so far, one of my favorite seasons. Being able to just enjoy the game without a sweat building to max hight is amazing.

this has been the best season since i've started playing, feels like an entirely different game with all the new mechanics!

I just realised something, if you look closely at the new shotgun that Epic teased in that trailer that T5G showed us, you can see that it has an optic rail, like the Olympia from Black Ops 3, so that means we very well might get a new version of the double barrel shotgun added into Fortnite, and there is a possibility that it will look/act like the Olympia from BO3

Man epic really likes to use thing from the past to give us some story in the future. Like how the origin is now confirmed to be the cube king but escaped the last reality when realizing their true intentions. That is a big way to bring the last reality back in after we got to have a break from all the (abnormal) chaos on the island. (The normal chaos is what happens every game and the abnormal is stuff that doesn't involve the loopers directly, but instead either someone invading fighting or other things)

Personally, I think that Erisa's secretly the 7th member of the Seven and not the Imagined. Let me explain. The Imagine is obviously on I.O.'s side. If you did her quests you'd know that by now. But, one of Erisa's style (specifically the helmeted styles found in Bonus Rewards) looks like the helmets the Seven wears. I could just be overanylizing something that doesn't have anything to relate to the Seven, but I do think that this is very possible.

This season is gonna pact full of cool content and craziness. I can’t wait until we get farther into the season.

We need a season where everything is unvalted and if it got nerfed it will be un nerfed and be as best as it ever was. No fuel for cars either. I think that would be fun just to have a bunch of chaos

In the trailer, you can see a skin (I forget which one) slide under an IO gard, tripping him. Maybe we can do that in the future.

I am a HUGE fan of the 'no building'. Leave it out and keep adding new vehicles, jetpacks and weapons on a cycle. Loving Season 2!

The car glitch happened to me, the cow catcher makes the cars very glitchy and even with out it the are still glitchy, and if you drive of a cliff especially in a truck and not even a high cliff you will glitch under the map and die

I like the no building. Hate the new guns. Old ones had a good balance .

Me and my friend were having a conversation about how Obi-Wan is soon to be in Fortnite. We both agreed that when he does, it would be even better if General Grevious popped in as well. He would have a built in Emote where he uses all four of his arms and harvests with his four lightsabers (kinda like Wolverine with his built-in claws.)

Even being a sweat who can double quad edit and has gotten champs every season, I like the no building. It’s a break from the trying to box everyone and it’s a whole new game. The gamesense that’s needed in this is really fun as well. Hopefully they keep it as a game mode

Either the vault door is the cave the massive drill went through or it holds the devourer behind it

Honestly I think that the chaos agent and regular skins on the side of the IO and the origins voice lines mentioning trusting the player I think it’s possible that at some point in the season you can betray the seven and join the IO something like this would be cool as having IO forces friendly to you means that getting a tank is easier due to the lack of fighting the patrol also it allows for Slone,Gunnar,Huntmaster to all be regular NPCs for the IO side.

I love this season so far I would like building back but the features are really good and the new mobility is amazing!

I feel like there are a lot of secrets in season 7-9 of chapter 1. Ice King is very similar to the cube queens in so many ways. And of course the monster

I fought the huntmaster in my first game and I didn’t know wether it was wolverine in disguise! (I eventually beat him after a lot of teleporting, and if you didn’t know, he drops a mythic thermal scoped AR)

something i noticed is that the spies from chapter 2 season 2 have been teased to return cover canyon is a refrence to brtus and the grotto the roleplaying thing is a refrence to skye tn tina was tesead a long time ago i think in season 4 chapter 2 mewocles like he said in the vid and midas with that restraunt that poped up teasing him it looks like they are coming back to help beat the io since there undercover and hiding all over the map i really hope they return that was always my fav season also i hope they get some new cool powers

That little bunker where he says meowsicles is camping out, I think it’s home to vanny from FNAF security breach, it looks a lot like her hideout that you get to go in and see and the end of the game, and last season people were talking about a FNAF collab, maybe this could have something to do with that

Honestly the chapter 2 choppa is my favorite vehicle in Fortnite, I like that there aren't guns on it and its mostly for mobility. But a close 2nd is the Baller lol

I actually am beginning to think The Last Reality are good. So hear me out: We know that the Imagined Order are the bad guys from the A New Day cutscene (just after the unplayable period after The End into C3S1) as they are manipulating the Zero Point, however most people think that The Last Reality are evil as well because they had to fight off the IO's attacks, right? However, I think they are good as they have relations to the Seven (Cube King/Origin), so even though they have good intentions, they seem evil because they were attacking the island. Maybe just maybe they wanted contact with the Loopers - maybe the Last Reality's attempt to take Apollo was them trying to free the loop - which is the Seven's goal. The Seven never intervened in the fight with the Last Reality on Apollo - probably because they are allied to them, but the Last Reality do not know of the Seven's affiliation with us Loopers - that could have been why they attacked us. And maybe all along with the abductions rather than trying to seize the Zero Point, they were trying to seize the IO's base to have them right where they wanted them. They could have been trying to *protect* the Loopers but we fought them - another potential reason they fought us. We've been seeing the Last Reality as the bad guys but that's only because in Season 7 we were 'recruited' by the IO. They were manipulating *us* just as they have been with the Zero Point, however we didn't know that.

just something i thought id add as you mentioned the heavy sniper coming back. But recently both the heavy sniper and hunting rifle have been nerfed to 198 headshot damage with legendary rarity

I've noticed another (possible) easter egg in the cover art. Not exactly sure what it means but if you look closely at the armchair there are tentacles of some sort grabbing it.

i personally think the no builds is kinda needed, even for just a short while because so many players rely too heavily on their builds and less on actual shooting skill. Since builds were taken out the game seems so much more fun bc you dont have to worry that if you hit someone with one bullet they'll build a 5 star hotel with free wifi and a poo. The people upset in my opinion about the builds are the sweats who make the game not fun. Personally i enjoy playing for the first time in a long time not having to sweat every match just to place top 20. Winning matches is taking genuine skill now and hopefully this shows the community they cant rely on builds and they should better their actually fighting skills.

this season in absolutely awesome with new content but when it comes to gameplay its bit chaotic

Ok so first of all I am ABSOLUTELY loving this season because of no builds being a thing then there's then parkour *MWAH* chefs kiss, These new weapons took me a bit of time to get use to but after you're use to them it's pretty fun playing with them, Gosh I still haven't gotten to blow people up yet in the tanks but I was SO CLOSE, Also I went to fight Slone and WHY ARE THERE MORE THEN 1 OF HER!?! OH so I also found this really cool fish that gives you thermal vision temporarily I have video proof of it

You should make a role-play video about fixing it and stuff and be really cool

The sprinting and climbing the best. You can actually clime higher then you think. Try it out. I be climbing ppl walls in team rumble and I play like uncharted in no build mode.

There's a permanent tank just near command cavern its always there and you can grab it in every landing and get loads of kills I leveled up 30 levels just by doing this tactic

honestly, this is so far the perfect stage of fortnite and its fun now cs no one sweats
