5:48 Sea of Thieves actually has this too, if a cannon is fired far away, you can see the cannon being flung back as a shot is fired before hearing the sound. Neat detail in any game.

There is also a hidden detail in Ghost of Tsushima When you roll around in mud or snow your character will get covered in the areas that touch the mud or snow, and when you kill enemies you obviously get covered in blood, and with mud, snow, and blood, if you start rolling around or swimming in water, it will wash off

More things that fit here: There's a merge weapons game where the weapon worth 536870912 gold pieces (that takes 30 levels) glows green as if it's radioactive. There's a presidential merge game where Grover Cleveland not only appears twice, it's a different picture of him. And it gets even crazier when you get to William Taft, who is always shown stuck in the bathtub (but in such a position as not to show what should never be shown). In Sims 3 it's possible to donate to undermine a charity if someone has the Evil trait. In BitLife there's a possibility that your character will discuss how deep a pan can be before it can be a pot.

@@A_mere_boy it’s not being negative . If you start with a lower sun goal target then it will be easier to achieve and then you can celebrate your achievements. His current subgoal is 1M and that’s very hard so they should try a lower subgoal so they can feel like they can get it like 10k. Starting at lower subgoals is how you grow your KZfaq channel
