So this was a while ago but the one thing I'm scared about was the throttling on the s8 line chips but not sure if it's a hardware issue or software

At the time I recorded this video I used the Canon M6 Mark II. Now I use an A7SIII. It is not used in Sync with my tablet but I should so I have a bigger preview screen! Lol

I was able to get on eBay an S7 plus for half of what the S8 Ultra goes for. That alone is a reason to not upgrade. Besides, bigger for me is not better. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and Tab S both are 8" and it is much easier to hold with one hand. Anything bigger like 10" better have much better upgrades to warrant using two hands. Even with the covers on if it falls, it does break. Now I use something more like Otterbox.

@@hungngo2216 yes there is really the bigger screen and louder speakers along with better performance battery life is about same as well as charge time but if have the 5g model it now has WiFi calling built In also the pen does a little more

For notes taking and studying does it really make a lot of difference.?

As far as like responsiveness on the screen nah. Screen size is the biggest difference. So when it comes to choosing which screen size would work best for me, I think about where I am going to be taking my notes and studying. If I have to travel at all with the device I tend to lean towards the s7 plus screen size since its a bit smaller and more portable. Otherwise if you’re studying online and taking notes at home, id prefer the S8 ultra because since im always at my desk, id rather have the biggest screen possible. But that’s just how I think about it when choosing

It's a piss of because the tab s7+ never got a successor in 2021 so that thing should vet updates at least 2024 if not 2025. Tab s8 being 1 tablet newer and getting 3 more software updates is not good hopefully, the note 20 series and tab s7 series will get 4 announced later to be supported as long as 2021 line up as those phones never got a successor in 2021 due to chip shortage. The s21 ultra had spen support but as a separate accessory and the tab s7 fe which was released last year wasn't a successor but a lite version and that getting android 14 for being newer weird. Drop support for the s20 series and continue to support the z line note 20 and tab s7 line till 2025 or very least 2024, the reason i mentioned z line because it has the snapdragon 865+ as well.

No yeah like we talked about last time I agree. I don't really understand why Samsung doesn't just support the whole lineup, basing the years of os updates off the latest release in the series.

@Taco Tech Talk exactly they should support the whole line up. But my point is the note 20 ultra tab s7 series and because the z line as the snapdragon 865+ has well should get treated like a 2021 device. Considering that their wasn't a successor to note 20 series or tab s7 series in 2021 and alot of ppl who were note fans or tab fans had to end up buying last year's flagship, that means only 2 years of support for people who brought the device in 2021. The s21 ultra has the note features and hardware, same spen support as the note 20 ultra and s22 ultra it's not anote replacement because it doesn't have the squared off corner and the spen it's apart of the phone but sold as a seperate accessory meaning only a small market people would even know spen support exists. Tab s7 fe we know is a lite version of the tab s7 and s7+. In cases like this Samsung should support devices a year longer than scheduled and support it as long ad the next major thing. Samsung should treat these devices like 2021 devices while dropping the s20 line next year only.
