Hi. Do you know how the speed control works on these type of fans? (how they change the speed of the fan using the buttons) Also is it possible to change the rotational direction by rotating 180 degree the stator assembly? Thank you.

In motors like this, the speed is controlled by its windings. In a motor like this, the running coil is winding in three layers Once the stator winding core is reversed, the rotation will change

Good skills but slightly improper use of tools: Don't use your tester as lever, use proper pliers to pull out pins, small hammer to bang things in place, a small tray to keep all disassembled parts lest you knock them whilst working losing them, and finally manual screw-driver for such low-torque applications as the electric might over-tighten screws stripping threads. Apart from these well done.

How much will be the cost of bush change? Where to find the motor if we need to change the motor any link? My fan is running reverse direction.

This motor is available at shops that sell motor winding spare parts. If your fan spins in the reverse direction, it's probably because the capacitor is shorted, replace it. The direction of the fan will not change with the Bush complaint. If you replace the capacitor and it still doesn't work, replace the motor

The original motor that comes with Crompton fans can only be purchased from Crompton Greavs Service Center and the motor can also be purchased from other stores. (Not original but motor is good)

30 t0 40 rupees only if did it at your home . If you did ot on repair shop they charge 100 to 130 rupees 😂😂. Think you could better understand that 😊.
