No, I don't think it has anything to do with it. It's a long shoe and the dealer can't affect the outcome of the hands.

I'm a dealer and dealer changes do absolutely nothing the casino doesn't do em because someone is doing well either they are usually preset break strings every x amount of minutes or all the dealers change every 20 mins while one dealer in the pit gets a break. The only time they randomly do dealer changes is if someone gets early out, every casino has a list you can sign to maybe go home early, or if they need the dealer for more advanced games like if I have baccarat and a dealer with only blackjack becomes homeless (their table closes) then they will most likely give the newbie dealer my bj table move me to baccarat and send whoever is next on baccarat for the eo list home

Let me you ask you a simple question. If a delivery person delivers you a tv. Will that tv be any different if it was a different delivery person?

That's the payout when you get a blackjack. An example - on a $1K bet, if the player gets a blackjack - your payout is $1.2K. But on a 3:2 the same hand the payout is $1.5K
