The movie Table no 21 is named after Article 21 of the Indian constitution , which talks about the protection of life and personal liberty. These include individual rights common to most liberal democracies, such as equality before law, freedom of speech and expression, freedom of association and peaceful assembly, freedom to practice religion and the right to constitutional remedies for the protection of civil rights by means of writs such as habeas corpus.

It's like a weird version of truth and dare with some Saw movie scenes, with some Speed thrown in, and for good measure, there is Purge as well. Man, I can't believe bullying is this bad in India. I can't believe people still bully after like middle school. I remember freshman year of uni, and the first day, all the seniors cheered and waved at the main entrance, welcoming the new students.
