Hi. I just wanted to know why you stop 3" before the edge and leave 3" of excess for the lace. The lace that I am using is a fraction of what you are using. Could you please help me?

how do you make the corners when the lace is 91/2 wide?

Hi Carolyn. It does not matter how wide the lace is. The sewing process is the same. Stitch the lace on the edge, then bring the lace corners together and stitch them together at a 45 degree angle. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😍
