I got some earmors, they stopped working after less than 3 months. Asked about it in groups and lots of people have had the same issues. The price difference is crazy and it seems to be at least mostly justified

@@qwerty123il I heard that they can easily brake. Skytac are also not durable. However i bought skytac comtac 3 and i am verry happy right now. Silicone earmuffs are amazing. I had them 4 hours on training and i didnt have any issues.

DevilsRockContract I got some comtac’s at the start of this week. They’re night and day to the earmors. I mean realistically in working conditions for airsoft type play the earmors are functional for protecting hearing but keeping you alert. But the comtac’s are so much clearer and actually amplify the incoming sound so you have better hearing with them on. 100% get a set of comtac’s or sordins second hand over new earmors. I know it’s still 4x the price of the earmors but seriously save up longer, sell something whatever you need to do. They are worth it

The mic quality is surprisingly good on my set but as someone who bought these as an affordable option to real peltors for real firearms i CANNOT reccomend them unless you are using them strictly for comms while running inner ear plug type earpro rather electronic or foam/rubber

@@schlomoshekelstein908 tac sky headsets are airsoft only. They cannot and should not be used as hearing protection for real firearms. Peltors on the other hand do deathen gunshots while also allowing you to still hear whats around you, not blowing your ear drums out, and allow you to adjust the volume depending on your area and situation. Peltors are completely adjustable while another good earpro are Walker razors earpro. They are like cheap peltors without comm compatability and aren't high quality like peltors.

@@ZeroThaReaper thanks, good to know. i was hoping these would amplify low level sounds so i'd have like ESP or wallhack in real life when hunting, but from what i've read it kills your directional sound and some sounds you hear better without wearing them. it's a bb gun so it's not loud in the first place

Yes you can, it has a 2 prong lead on the back of the ear cups that you can simply pull out and swap sides if you so choose.

I've bought TMC Airframe (2018) replica, and Tac-Sky arc rails fits great on it.

If you need a headset for communication, these are probably the best replicas. If you just need hearing protection, I would get the Peltor RangeGuards.

Definitely not. They do not block much sound at all. Please don't use these for live-fire. If you just need hearing protection, I would look at the Peltor Rangeguard. I have a set and they're nice for the price.

@@oOPS27o oh trust me, man, i've tried real peltors and OH MY GOD. True, some of the quiet sounds you van still hear better without anything, but the real ones are fucking fantastic. also, they cost an arm and a leg. Now, on the other hand, there are 2 types of repros: bad ones and good ones. Main difference is the amount of static they you can hear while using them. Bad ones are all full of static hum and noise, while good ones don't have it. That's why im asking. Try comaring these with z-tac

These are pretty decent in that regard. Not nearly as good as my REAL Peltors, but they are better than the Ztac ones I've used in the past. They're a good buy for airsoft if you can't afford the $300 for real Comtac 3s.

I wouldn't. There are cheaper options that aren't replica. Get some Peltor RangeGuards

wore my sky tacs to the range. Just turn them up or down to your liking. Even tested my friends brand new comtac Vs and there was a noticeable difference. However the sky tacs held their own. Theres definitely some defense in the sky tacs to be used in a real steel environment
