Four guys at Taco Bell bite into their Grilled Steak Tacos and start making up nicknames for each other "Steak, Tex?", etc. There's not much else to this other than the names and motions become more exaggerated as you go.
I remember this ad from the time, who wouldn't with the "One Eye!" line in there? It was funny then and it's still funny now.
I'm pretty sure the guy who is shown 2nd but speaks last saying "Zeke", "Shorty" and "Red" is Joshua Gomez, Morgan Grimes from "Chuck".
This spot aired on FOX during the Sunday, February 25th, 2001 showing of The Simpsons.

Thanks for posting this. I too have been looking for this for years. I believe its title is "Cow Guys" based on Taco Bell press releases around this time.
