Thanks for this. I don't know why I didn't already think to look up the old commercials for these, but I finally did, and personally I like both of these far more than I ever have the Supreme. Now I've looked up the recipes, and I think I'm gonna learn how to cook a chalupa shell, because I miss these two, in a very strong way.

I have been talikng about this commecial for years, thank you for putting this on. Just look at the guy in the pink shirt face, it's hilarious. These guys really love their chalupas....

I remember getting so high and going to the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut near me. Always got personal pan Pepperoni pizza and a Baja Chalupa. Man why does everything suck now

They need to bring back these types because now all they have is the Chalupa Supreme.

This is not a 2021 Chalupa. In the time of the commercial, the Chalupa looks well stuffed, the beef look real and with bigger piece. As of 2021, the Chalupa is not that much stuffed, the beef is finely ground and sticky. It has fillers. And, the put very little of the beef mixture in the Chalupa. They also don't have the other variety. It is 99cents, and it's much bigger than today's Chalupa which costs alot more and is smaller and lower quality beef.

I think Chulapa is the best product in Taco Bell. I however don't' get them any more because they almost tripled in price since they first came out. I probably will continue not to buy the unless then lower the prices again...even if I make more money.

So, the nacho cheese, Baja, and Santa Fe sauces area all gone. We are left with the crappy "Supreme" which is just sour cream. The Santa Fe one was hands DOWN the best. Why the hell did they discontinue it?
