Taco Soup for Two | Small Batch Soup

The quickest and easiest soup you will ever make and it's the perfect amount for 2-4 people.
My meat chopper tool: amzn.to/4am7c21
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. hamburger or use ground chicken or turkey
1/4 cup diced onion (I use the frozen diced onion in the freezer section)
3 cups water or beef broth
26 oz. can of diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. red kidney beans
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together in a pan.
Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, green onion, sliced black olives and chips on top!

Perfect for cold weather as it is now here, and I have good ground beed on hand already, as well as the onions, sour cream, and cheese; just need the canned tomatoes, beans, tortilla chips, and green onions. Thank you !

I really enjoy your videos but I have noticed that most of your videos are centered around sweets and deserts. I would love to see more videos that focus on meals breakfast, lunches and especially dinners. I find that main meals are the hardest to downsize because for years I would make meals to feed 6-9 people and when I try to downsize the recipe it doesn't seem to work as well as doubling a recipe. Primary looking for pastas, casseroles. How would you do a prime rib dinner for two?
