John's CRF build is the reason I'm searching for a 450RL right now. Honda should pay the man a commission for all the 450s he's sold. Thanks for posting this video!

John helped me a lot. And probably every person who has an online presence and who bought a crf450rl had some type of aid from John. Honda should hire John. No question.

I live a mile from there. Too bad the weather really went south for the weekend. But it did make for some awesome trail riding on Monday. If your up here next year LMK and I will show you around the hood.

There is the Rally Moto Shop Sonora Rally Tower. Maybe not quite as much wind protection as the Rebel X but that might be a benefit to some people. Also nice that the RMS uses a stock Africa Twin windshield I think, easily replaced if broken.

How would u rate the 450l up against the ktm or husky 500s as far as longevity vs performance ....... ?

How is he handling the short oil change and valve adjustment intervals? It seems like 600 mile oil service interval isn't practical for an ADV motorcycle

I usually run them out to 1000 or 1200 miles. If I am going farther than that I carry an oil change with me in a collapsable bottle. Take 10 Minutes. I drop the used oil off a a garage or a dealership.
