They always only need a coach, who allows it to them and don't make to much tactics mismatch to prevent it. There is one important part: defense middle field. Remember 2014 world cup, Neuer was great, Muller was great, but Schweinsteiger won the game against Argentina. The same here, you need a good defense 6 to win championships. Also they have way less transfer expenses within last 10 years than any other top club. Until last year, their highest transfer expense on a single player was 42 million Euro. Other clubs paid more over 20 years ago. Bayerns success is 100% selfmade. Barca, Juve, Real has high debts. Chelsea, City, United, Red Bull, Milan etc. has some sugar daddy who gives them money.
