Thanks for the video! I would like to see a video about training at home when you are not on court and maybe what you can train in court with partner, without a coach.

@@OtroNivelPadel I saw your video about training in the gym. I am interested what I can train when I am not on court, for example at home or outside, with the racket and ball or without it. And it would be interesting what I can train with my partner in court for example (without a coach). Maybe some routines like one lobs and other smashes. I am just interested what I can do to become a better player when I am not playing and not training with the coach.
