Billy is the most inspiring man in fitness. I love how humble and knowledgeable he is and how moved I am by his words of encouragement. I don’t think this mentions it, but he was born with his tendons improperly formed, and he had to stretch and exercise to help with his stiffness. When he says things like “you’re learning to communicate with your body” I remember his story and I feel so motivated. Love you so much uncle billy!!

Every word of this video is still basically true today. After 20 years of fitness stupidity and trying other things I am back to Tae Bo and Billy and getting into the best shape of my life.

I started doing taebo everyday back in late Dec and already lost 7 lbs everyone is noticing at work i can't wait to keep going. UPDATE: I'm now 20 lbs down just by doing taebo in my living room and eating clean. This workout is fun and effective 💪😉

No it didn't. People got derailed for different reasons, but most come back when needed, because it works. I became a good friend of Billy, and Sinbad (who also ended up at my other gym). and lots of doctors from UCLA. We still hang out at fitness get-togethers too. Billy told me to see a chiropractor due to imbalances and I became unstoppable thanks to him.. I ended up being a bodybuilder, mountain biker (who was recruited for the USA crosscountry team, but declined), and a winning sprinter. All because of Billie and Taebo. We worked up such a Sweat at Billie's Training Center, they had to close it periodically to dry it out...for real!!!
