To me, Jonghyun's passing was a huge deal. Sometimes when talking about SHINee, I can't help but mention Jonghyun to my family or friends. At that time, I wear the same look on my face that Key and Taeyeon wear when talking about the speaker. I don't want to keep mentioning him and/or memories of him because he passed away in such a taboo manner and annoy those around me for not moving on. But at the same time, he was a place of solace for me. Sometimes I wish I could talk about him freely, without a heavy feeling in my heart.

I think a lot of people share that same feeling, Jonghyun is such a powerhouse and amazing in every way, even though our hearts feel sad thinking about him, think about what he would say. He would say, ‘don’t worry, don’t cry, don’t be sad’ whilst comforting you. I feel like, more than anything, his comforting spirit still lives on.

I do feel the same... My dad has passed away and it kinda makes me sad when people addressed him as someone who's dead. No, he's not. He's still here. He's still in my memory, my heart, and he's still living. I know that people was shocked to hear that Jonghyun has passed away so suddenly to the point that they put a warning whenever they talk about him not to trigger anyone. But... Yeah... Sometimes we just wanna talk about him freely, right? If I can't talk about him openly, I usually send him comments on his instagram. Luckily, it helps.

I feel the same way whenever I talked about my mum or when other people asked about my mum - they always have the same facial expressions and seemed afraid/cautious approaching that topic. It has been 10 years since my mum's passing, and instead of avoiding, I feel more open to share the memories of my mum to others. I just wish that others don't make it seem like it's a taboo to talk about a loved one who has passed on. The loving memories I had of her will always be here and living in my heart, like what someone has commented above. I guess with time, you would feel more open to talk about him without having that heavy feeling in your heart. It would be filled with feelings of love instead. :)

Usually people smile after mentioning someone who has passed away and who was especially close to you after sometime cuz good memories approach ur mind much faster than the sad ones but people here still .... Because he made a very sad impact from his death

its usually a reaction for older people, who lived their lives to the fullest and it was time to go so there are no regrets. thats not the case for jjong, so i dont think its possible to smile after mentioning him.

It's probably worse as SHINee never got the time to grieve properly. They just went back into their activities almost immediately and had to act like they were fine. Even though 4 years have passed, it feels like just yesterday that Jonghyun left.

That dyson cordless vacuum cleaner is really a game changer, plus its expensive so maybe thats why they want it as a gift😂😂 I also bought one because i have a golden retriever plus a one yr old toddler Plus another baby on the way, those ones with long cord are such a pain even the sucking power is better.

I think this is the second of 2 appearances SHINee members did that mentions Jonghyun. As expected, it's brief and discreet. I'm curious.... Have any of the members talked about Jonghyun so openly on variety TV since he passed? Maybe I missed it. Something real like "Jonghyun didn't show us he was having a difficult time" or something about grieving. There's no need for tears or anger. Just direct acknowledgement of his passing. I know they don't have to, but I feel like there's proper healing once something like that happens.
